CM2450 ECM Core Return Policy
A $1,500 core charge applies to all CM2450 ECM purchases. Core-return credit is based on the date the original ECM is received by Southern Diesel Supply & Repair:
- Received within 30 calendar days: Full $1,500 core refund
- Received within 31–45 calendar days: 50% refund — $750
- Received after 45 calendar days: 25% refund — $375
The returned ECM must be complete, properly packaged, and in rebuildable condition. ECMs with fire damage, severe water damage, broken or missing components, damaged connectors, opened cases, or mismatched part numbers may receive reduced credit or be denied.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the core arrives safely and within the applicable return period. Core-return eligibility is determined by the date the ECM is received—not the date it is shipped. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
