Performance Levels
Southern Diesel Supply custom calibrations include size selectable power levels designed for everything from stock-like operation to aggressive performance.
With Shift-On-The-Fly enabled, power levels can be changed instantly using factory steering wheel controls, allowing on-demand adjustment without stopping or reflashing. All the Power Levels below will be in 1 Single File when you pick "SOTF" Option.
If you chose "Single" Tune File, please specify the power level you would like in the Order Notes. Failure to specify the power level you want, we will supply a Level 2: +30 HP File.
- Level 0: Stock Output
- Level 1: +10 HP
- Level 2: +30 HP
- Level 3: +60 HP
- Level 4: +90 HP
- Level 5: +150 HP*
*We can push Tune 5 to 180hp if we install a built valve body. (WE SELL KITS FOR THIS, 68RFE ONLY)

PRODUCTS NOTES:
- There is NO SOTF for C&C Trucks. Single tune file only.
- There is NO 4" or 5" Kits for C&C Trucks. PLEASE Select "4RP". If you Select 4" or 5" modification will be required.
- Shipping Lead Times are 7-10 Business Days. This allows enough time for UPS/FedEx to mess up and correct. Please plan accordingly
- ECMs are currently on a 4-6 Week Backorder +/-.
CM2450 ECM Core Return Policy
A $1,500 core charge applies to all CM2450 ECM purchases. Core-return credit is based on the date the original ECM is received by Southern Diesel Supply & Repair:
- Received within 30 calendar days: Full $1,500 core refund
- Received within 31–45 calendar days: 50% refund — $750
- Received after 45 calendar days: 25% refund — $375
The returned ECM must be complete, properly packaged, and in rebuildable condition. ECMs with fire damage, severe water damage, broken or missing components, damaged connectors, opened cases, or mismatched part numbers may receive reduced credit or be denied.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the core arrives safely and within the applicable return period. Core-return eligibility is determined by the date the ECM is received—not the date it is shipped. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
