68RFE Valve Body Core Return Policy

Performance Diesel Worx requires all 68RFE valve body cores to be returned within the specified timeframes below to qualify for core credit reimbursement.

Core Credit Schedule

• 0–30 Days from Delivery Date
  Customer receives 100% Full Core Credit
• 31–45 Days from Delivery Date
  Customer receives 50% Core Credit
• 46 Days and Beyond from Delivery Date
  Customer receives 25% Core Credit

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Core return timeframe begins on the date the customer receives the valve body shipment, based on carrier tracking confirmation.
• Returned cores must be complete, rebuildable, and free from excessive damage unless otherwise approved by Performance Diesel Worx.
• Damaged, disassembled, or non-rebuildable cores may be subject to reduced or denied core credit.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the core back.
• A completed Core Return Sheet must be filled out and included inside the return package. Missing documentation may delay processing of core credit.
• Valve bodies must be properly packaged and protected to prevent shipping damage during transit. Performance Diesel Worx is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging, and damaged cores may result in reduced or denied credit.

• Core credits will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned core.

Performance Diesel Worx reserves the right to refuse any core that does not meet rebuildable standards.
